What this costs, and what a coffee pays for
Everything here is free and stays free — no account, no email required, no adverts, nothing about you stored anywhere. If something on this site saved you an evening, there is a button. That is the whole arrangement, and nothing on the site changes whether you press it or not.
What you can take without paying anything
- All 91 sessions of the plan as Zwift
.zwofiles, written in % of FTP so they scale to your own numbers. - Any single week converted to your own FTP in
.erg,.mrcand plain text, for trainer apps that are not Zwift. - Ten calculators — FTP, zones, W/kg, TSS, speed, climb time, heart rate, gearing, fuelling — all running in your browser.
- The whole training log: every session, every rating, every morning reading, including the weeks that went badly.
- The shift work guide, which is the thing I most wanted to read and could not find.
What it costs to keep here
Hosting and the domain come to roughly €5 a month. The rest is evenings on shift days off, which I would spend on this anyway.
A coffee through Ko‑fi is €3 and takes about twenty seconds. No account needed, and I never see your card details — Ko‑fi handles all of that.
If the coffees ever cover the hosting, that is the entire ambition. There is no plan behind this that ends in a subscription.
What a coffee does not buy
- Not coaching. Nobody is watching your numbers but you, and that does not change.
- Not a plan built for your roster — but asking for one is free. Write to me with your shift pattern and I will help if I can; that offer has nothing to do with money.
- Not priority anything. I answer every email in the order it arrives.
What I will not do
- No adverts, ever. It is the one decision on this site that is permanent.
- No paywall around anything that is free today.
- No tracking you across other sites, no cookies, no IP addresses kept. How the visit counter works is explained on How it works.
- No mailing list to sell, because there is no mailing list.
