What has changed on this site
Everything that has changed on this site, newest first. I keep this page because a site that never visibly changes is a site nobody comes back to — and because in six months I want to be able to see what I actually did.
The plan itself is updated far more often than this list: every session gets a rating and a note the day it is ridden. That lives on the plan, not here.
Four more calculators moved onto pages of their own
Training stress, heart rate zones, gearing and ride nutrition each have their own address now, so they can be found and bookmarked separately. The calculator index became a plain list instead of holding copies of the tools.
This page
Every change to the site, dated, oldest at the bottom.
A way to say thanks
A support page explaining what the hosting costs and what it does not buy, and a coffee button that appears after a download, under a calculator result and at the end of the shift work guide. Nothing on the site is behind it.
Search engine groundwork
Every page got its own heading and title instead of sharing the site name, breadcrumbs, a proper 404 page, and structured data for the guide and the tools.
Workouts for trainer apps that are not Zwift
Any week can now be downloaded as .erg, .mrc and plain text, scaled to whatever FTP you type in. The calculators got a drop-down menu in the navigation.
The shift work guide
The long version of the only thing this site really knows about: how to keep a training plan running when your week does not repeat. Around 2700 words with a worked example week for early, afternoon and night shifts.
Ten cycling calculators
Zones, FTP from a test, watts per kilogram, training stress, speed, climb time, heart rate, gearing and ride fuelling. All of them run in the browser.
The site became a site
One long page turned into separate pages with a glossary, week navigation and filters, and a visitor counter I wrote myself: no cookies, no IP addresses kept, nothing shared with anyone.
climbwatts.com
The plan and the log went up under their own domain, in English.
